Families looking to beat the summer heat have a refreshed reason to celebrate: the Houston Hill Community Center Pool, located at 207 Hall Street, has officially reopened and is now welcoming visitors for the summer season.
City officials announced that admission to the pool is $2 per person for ages six and up, with cash only accepted and exact change preferred to help keep lines moving smoothly.
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, pool staff will enforce updated guidelines. Proper swimwear is required, and items such as jeans, shirts, and cover-ups are not permitted in the water. Boys’ swim trunks must include a built‑in mesh lining, and all bags must be clear upon entry. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own towels and sunscreen, and certified lifeguards will be on duty throughout operating hours.
The pool will be open:
- Monday–Friday: 1 p.m.–6:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 1 p.m.–6 p.m.
- Sunday: 1 p.m.–5 p.m.
With its reopening, the Houston Hill Community Center Pool aims to provide a welcoming, family‑friendly space for summertime recreation in the Montgomery community.
