The 5K Gobble Wobble is an event created by Move Montgomery as part of its mission to promote wellness in the River Region by encouraging Montgomery residents to live healthier, happier lives. The run/walk will allow participants to exercise at their own pace while staying healthy and having fun!
Registration for the event is FREE!

ABOUT MOVE MONTGOMERY
First Lady Tamika Reed launched the Move Montgomery Task Force to help Montgomerians stay physically fit and prioritize their wellness. Alabama has the sixth-highest adult obesity rate in the nation, and the sixteenth-highest obesity rate for youth ages 10 to 17. It is an issue that especially is prevalent in central Alabama counties, like Montgomery. Obesity is linked to many known medical issues which can be better managed or mitigated with weight loss and routine exercise.
