Fairview Park

DESCRIPTION
Fairview Environmental Park is located on West Fairview Avenue and is approximately four acres.  Its primary purpose is to improve the quality of water that runs from Genetta Stream to the Catoma Creek, which eventually ends up in the Alabama River.  Along with the wetlands serving an environmental purpose, there are also educational elements that have been added.  Lined along the fence you will find informative signs that list the various plants that inhabit the park.
