Summer Pops Concert

 The Montgomery Symphony will be holding a FREE outdoor Summer Pops Concert this Friday Night, beginning at 7 p.m.  Bring your blankets, picnic baskets, lawn chairs and coolers for a night on the steps of the Alabama Archives and History Building!  This is a family fun event and it will be a beautiful night to be outdoors and enjoy the music of the Orchestra.  There will also be a cameo appearance by the Montgomery Music Project.  Don't miss out on the excitement!

StayCation is Fast Approaching!

Montgomery's Staycation is fast approaching!  Beginning this Friday afternoon at 6 p.m. the Staycation will kick off with the Pub Crawl.  The Pub Crawl includes bars such as The Alley Bar, Cantina, The Exchange, The Deli, The House Restaurant, The SandBAR and more!  For a complete list visit                RSVP-Montgomery.com.  Wristbands will be $10 per person and can be purchased at the ticket booth on Commerce Street beginning at 5 p.m. on Commerce Street.  Along with the Pub Crawl, the Harriott II will be offering a Pub Crawl Cruise.  Tickets for this cruise will be $10.

Second Saturday - April 14, 2012

We would like to thank all of you for coming down to the Riverfront for the very first Second Saturday!  Thank you for the comments and informing us know how we can make the next event even more of a success.  For the month of May, there will be more food vendors, arts & crafts and activities for the children.  Admission to get into the event will remain free, but there will be a fee attached the activities along with the food.  We hope to see you in May for Seconday Saturday!  Here are some snapshots from Saturday! :)

New Riverfront Events

Good Morning Everyone!  There have been new events posted on our Event Calendar for the month of April and May!  The "Smoke on the Water" cruise has been added to the schedule for April 26th.  There are also several Tennis tournaments coming up in the next couple of weeks.  For the month of May, we have added the "Mothers Day" cruise, along with Bama's Big Bang, which will be returning to Riverfront Park.

Smoke on the Water

The Harriott II and Havana Dreamin' present a "Smokers Haven" cruise, which will take place on Thursday, April 26th.  Boarding will begin at 6:30 p.m., with the cruise departing at 7 p.m. and returning to dock at 9 p.m.  Tickets are priced at $25/person.  To purchase tickets you may call (334) 625-2100, visit the Box Office at 200 Coosa Street or Click Here.  This ticket includes: Light Hors D'oeuvres, Live Entertainment, Montecristo cigars.  A Cash Bar will also be available.
