Ride the Harriott II Riverboat , take in a ball game, attend a great concert, take the kids for a day of fun in a neighborhood park, play a few rounds of Golf , enjoy a Tennis Match , or get some invigorating exercise on one of our scenic walking trails.  The Montgomery Parks and Recreation Department has something for everyone!

Tickets for the Alabama State vs. Auburn Softball matchup are on sale now! The game will played at Lagoon Park on April 26th!


If you wish to hold an event in the City of Montgomery you must apply for a Special Event Permit.   Click Here to read the handbook and complete the form.


Peter Crump

Primarily serving as home to the Southern baseball/softball league, Peter Crump is known for ballfields, concession area, and restrooms. In addition, there is a playground, open play space, a walking trail, and a picnic shelter.
